Yes. Every visit includes communication regarding any significant observations and may include photos and documentation when appropriate.

What Happens If An Issue Is Found?
If we observe a concern requiring attention, we will promptly notify you and discuss available options for next steps.

No. Saltwater & Pine is not a property management company. Home Watch services focus on oversight, observation, communication, vendor coordination, and local representation.
Saltwater & Pine intentionally limits the number of active Home Watch clients we serve to ensure responsive communication, consistent reporting, and personalized oversight. Availability may be limited during peak travel seasons and hurricane season.
